12 квітня у рамках проекту «БібліоSTUDIES» відбувся другий вебінар за темою «Облік бібліотечних фондів», до якого приєдналися 10 бібліотекарів з 6 ОТГ.
Під час вебінару модератор – головний бібліотекар відділу формування фондів Щербина А. В. ознайомила учасників з нормативними документами, що регулюють облік документів у бібліотеці. Були розглянуті види обліку бібліотечних фондів та шляхи їхнього оприбуткування, особливості оприбуткування надходжень без супровідних документів. Модератор зосередила увагу слухачів на правилах запису до зведених книг сумарного обліку та окремих книг сумарного обліку кожної бібліотеки-філії, формах реєстрації періодичних видань, видах та джерелах надходжень тощо.
Як методичну допомогу учасники вебінару отримали електронну презентацію щодо обліку бібліотечних фондів.
Web-coaching «BibliosSTUDIES» for librarians of united territorial communities
On April 12, in the framework of the «BibliosSTUDIES» project, a second webinar on the topic «Accounting of Library Funds» was held, which was attended by 10 librarians of 6 OTG.
During the webinar, the moderator - the chief librarian of the fund-raising department, Shcherbyna A.V., familiarized the participants with the normative documents governing the registration of documents in the library. People considered types of accounting of library funds and ways of their publication, especially the publication of proceeds without accompanying documents. The moderator has focused listeners' attention on the rules of recording in the consolidated books of the total accounting and individual books of the total accounting of each branch library, the forms of registration of periodicals, types and sources of revenues, etc.
As a methodical help, the participants of the webinar received an electronic presentation on the accounting of library funds.
