15 травня 2018 р. у бібліотеці відбувся семінар-тренінг для бібліотечних працівників відділів комплектування централізованих бібліотечних систем, міських бібліотек, бібліотек об’єднаних територіальних громад (ОТГ), відокремлених бібліотек Миколаївської області за темою «Сучасні вимоги до формування та організації бібліотечного фонду».
У рамках семінару-тренінгу було проаналізовано сучасний стан формування фондів бібліотек області, розглянуто досвід проведення першочергових заходів щодо підготовки бібліотечних фондів до передачі ОТГ.
Фахівці відділу формування фондів обласної бібліотеки провели аналіз діяльності бібліотек області по забезпеченню ведення облікової документації та заходів щодо збереження бібліотечних фондів, а також огляд чинних нормативно-законодавчих актів з обліку бібліотечних фондів. Звернули особливу увагу на фактори підготовки якісного річного звіту з формування бібліотечних фондів та необхідність тісної взаємодії з бухгалтерськими службами.
У рамках практичної сесії були проведені заняття по роботі з організації обліку бібліотечних фондів із супровідними та без супровідних документів. Кожен працівник відділу комплектування мав можливість здійснити порівняння зразків з власними обліковими документами та записами до книг сумарного обліку, що були надані під час звітної кампанії. У процесі роботи тренерами були надані практичні рекомендації та роз’яснення щодо усунення недоліків в обліковій документації, що покращує підготовку звіту з формування документально-інформаційних ресурсів бібліотеки. Також на практичних заняттях розглядалися особливості систематизації видань різної тематичної спрямованості за УДК.
За підсумками тренінгу учасникам надано рекомендації щодо контролю за формуванням бібліотечних фондів, якісного ведення облікових документів та дотримання технологічних інструкцій, що в подальшому сприятиме усуненню недоліків.

Modern requirements for the formation and organization of the librarythe fund
On May 15, 2018, the library hosted a training seminar for library staff of the departments of central library systems, city libraries, libraries of united territorial communities (OTG), separate libraries of the Mykolaiv region on the topic «Modern requirements for the formation and organization of the library fund».
In the framework of the training seminar, the current status of the formation of the libraries of the region was analyzed, the experience of implementing the priority measures for the preparation of library funds for the transfer of OTG was considered.
Specialists of the department of formation of funds of the regional library conducted an analysis of the libraries of the region to ensure the maintenance of accounting documentation and measures for the preservation of library funds, as well as an overview of the current regulatory and legislative acts on the registration of library funds. Particular attention was paid to the factors of preparing a qualitative annual report on the formation of library funds and the need for close interaction with accounting services.
In the practical session, lessons were held on the organization of accounting library funds with accompanying and non-accompanying documents. Each employee of the manning department had the opportunity to compare the samples with his own accounting documents and records to the books of total accounting that were provided during the reporting campaign.
During the work, the trainers provided practical recommendations and clarifications on the elimination of shortcomings in the accounting documentation, which improves the preparation of a report on the formation of documentary and information resources of the library. Also on practical classes features of systematization of publications of various thematic orientation for UDC were considered.
Based on the results of the training, participants were given recommendations on controlling the formation of library funds, the quality management of accounting documents and compliance with technological instructions, which will further facilitate the elimination of shortcomings.
