Відбулася екскурсія «Слідами німецької історії у місті Миколаєві»

15 вересня в історичному центрі міста відбулася екскурсія «Слідами німецької історії у місті Миколаєві». Захід був організований співробітниками ОУНБ спільно з Миколаївською обласною центральною спілкою німців і німецької молоді «Відергебурт» у рамках реалізації локального проекту «Сузір’я злагоди». Пройти знаковими місцями, пов’язаними з іменами видатних представників німецького народу та пам’ятними моментами історії проживання німців у місті Миколаєві зібралися члени німецької спілки «Відергебурт», представники інших національних об’єднань міста, перекладачі, викладачі і студенти вищих навчальних закладів міста та зацікавлені миколаївці.

До об’єктів пішохідної екскурсії увійшли найбільш цікаві архітектурні споруди легендарних миколаївськиї архітекторів німецького походження Т. Вунша та Є.А. Штукенберга, які присвятили місту майже все своє творче життя.

Т. Вунш прослужив на благо Миколаєва більше 45 років та виконав для міста близько 26 комплексних проектів. У співпраці з іншими архітекторами він створив майже усі відомчі, адміністративні, культові та громадські споруди  міста. Найвизначніші роботи архітектора – будівля Миколаївської астрономічної обсерваторії (1821) та реконструйована споруда Музею суднобудування і флоту.

30 років на посаді міського архітектора судилося прослужити Є.А. Штукенбергу. Найвідоміші роботи архітектора, що збереглися до наших часів, – Маріїнська жіноча гімназія (нині Перша українська гімназія ім. М. Аркаса), будівля дитячої художньої школи та Палац урочистих подій на розі вулиць Спаська та Лягіна. Ці старовинні споруди й сьогодні створюють архітектурне обличчя старого Миколаєва.

Окремі частини екскурсії представляли волонтери, читачі бібліотеки, які цікавляться внеском німців в історію міста.

Вивчення та збереження історико-культурної спадщини свого народу є важливим завданням для прийдешніх поколінь. Спільні заходи бібліотеки та національних товариств міста сприяють толерантності та повазі у відносинах між представниками різних народів, пробуджують інтерес членів національних товариств до вивчення рідної мови.

 

 








 



 

 

Excursion «In the footsteps of German history in the Mykolaiv city»

 

On September 15, an excursion «In the footsteps of German history in the Mykolaiv city» took place in the historical center of the city. The event was organized by the staff of the Mykolaiv Regional Universal Scientific Library in cooperation with the Mykolaiv regional central union of German youth «Vidergeburt» within the framework of the implementation of the local project «Constellation of Harmony».

The members of the German union «Vidergeburt», representatives of other national associations of the city, translators, teachers and students of higher educational establishments of the cityand interested people gathered in the iconic places connected with the names of prominent representatives of the German people and memorable moments of the history of the Germans living in the city of Mykolayiv.

The objects of the pedestrian excursion included the most interesting architectural buildings of the legendary Nicholas architects of German descent T. Wunsha and Ye.A. Stukenberg, who devoted almost the entire creative life to the city.

T. Wunsch has served for Mykolayiv for more than 45 years and has completed about 26 complex projects for the city. In collaboration with other architects, he created almost all departmental, administrative, religious and public buildings of the city. The most significant works of the architect are the building of the Nikolaev Astronomical Observatory (1821) and the reconstructed building of the Museum of Shipbuilding and Navy.

30 years on the post of city architect was destined to serve Y.A. Stukenberg The most famous works of the architect that have survived to this day are the Mariinsky Women's Gymnasium (now the First Ukrainian Arkaz Ukrainian Gymnasium), the Children's Art School building and the Palace of Ceremonial Events at the corner of the Spassky and Lyagin streets. These ancient buildings today create the architectural face of the old Nikolaev.

Parts of the tour were represented by volunteers, library readers interested in contributing Germans to the history of the city.

Studying and preserving the historical and cultural heritage of their people is an important task for future generations. The joint activities of the library and the city's national associations promote tolerance and respect in the relations between representatives of different peoples, awaken the interest of members of national societies in the study of their mother tongue.
