20 квітня у бібліотечному ресурсному центрі «Вікно в Америку» відбулося четверте засідання учасниць «Women’s Career Club», що його модерувала Надія Касьянова.
На цей раз дівчата обговорювали звичку №4 «Зосередься» з книги Ранії Андерсон «Мене не спинити».
Зокрема, вони обговорили, що означає бути «зосередженим», поділилися професійними цілями, труднощами у підтримці зосередження та обмінялися ідеями. Учасниці клубу зрозуміли для себе – щоб досягти успіху, вони повинні візуалізувати, що означає цей успіх і як він виглядає. Успіху можна досягти, якщо у вас є план і ви цілеспрямовано зосереджуєтеся на його виконанні. Наприкінці заходу дівчата обмінялися думками щодо того, якими підходами варто скористатися, щоб досягти власного успіху.
Women's Career Club

At this time the girls discussed the habit №4 «To focus" from Rania Anderson's book "Do not Stop Me".
In particular, they discussed what it means to be "focused," to share professional goals, difficulties in maintaining concentration and sharing ideas. The club members understood for themselves - to succeed, they should visualize what this success means and how it looks. Success can be achieved if you have a plan and you focus on its implementation purposefully. At the end of the event, the girls exchanged ideas and thoughts on what approaches should be used to achieve their own success.
