28 грудня фахівці бібліотеки взяли участь у відкритому діалозі «Публічні бібліотеки: вплив адміністративно-територіальної реформи на прийняття управлінських рішень», що відбувся в онлайн-форматі на платформі Zoom. Захід організований ВГО «Українська бібліотечна асоціація», Асоціацією об’єднаних територіальних громад та Національною бібліотекою України імені Ярослава Мудрого.
Привітала учасників та модерувала захід президентка ВГО «Українська бібліотечна асоціація» Оксана Бруй. Представниця Міністерства культури та інформаційної політики України Катерина Притула у своєму виступі висвітлила питання реорганізації мережі публічних бібліотек та відповіла на питання щодо законодавчо-нормативної бази, що регламентує діяльність у бібліотечній сфері.
Модератор платформи «Молодь, спорт, культура» Асоціації об’єднаних територіальних громад Сергій Семенюта наголосив на викликах у реорганізації комунальних закладів культури.
Актуальні питання в організації діяльності закладів культури на завершальному етапі децентралізації висвітлила завідуюча науково-методичним відділом Національної бібліотеки України імені Ярослава Мудрого Тетяна Богуш. Відповіді на запитання, що задавали учасники заходу у форматі «вільного мікрофону» надали провідні фахівці НБУ імені Ярослава Мудрого – Людмила Лагута та Світлана Кравченко. Головний бібліотекар НБУ імені Ярослава Мудрого Марина Адаменко презентувала аналітичну інформацію щодо бібліотекарів-депутатів місцевих рад усіх рівнів та важливості їхньої діяльності для розвитку гуманітарної сфери громад.
На завершення Оксана Бруй закликала бібліотекарів до активної адвокаційної діяльності щодо відстоювання інтересів бібліотек та збереження бібліотечної мережі.
Open dialogue «Public libraries: the impact of administrative-territorial reform on management decisions»
On December 28, the library specialists took part in an open dialogue «Public libraries: the impact of administrative and territorial reform on management decisions», which took place online on the Zoom platform. The event was organized by the Ukrainian Library Association, the Association of United Territorial Communities and the Wise National Library of Ukraine named of the Yaroslava Mudroho.
Oksana Bruy, the President of the «Ukrainian Library Association», greeted the participants and moderated the event. The representative of the Ministry of Culture and Information Policy of Ukraine Kateryna Prytula in her speech covered the issue of reorganization of the network of public libraries and answered questions about the legal framework governing the activities in the library sphere.
Serhiy Semenyuta, the moderator of the «Youth, Sports, Culture» platform of the Association of United Territorial Communities, stressed the challenges in reorganizing communal cultural institutions.
The topical issues in the organization of cultural institutions at the final stage of decentralization were covered by the head of the scientific and methodological department of the National Library of Ukraine named of the Yaroslava Mudroho the Wise Tatiana Bogush. Leading specialists the Wise National Library of Ukraine named of the Yaroslava Mudroho - Lyudmila Laguta and Svitlana Kravchenko - provided answers to the questions asked by the participants of the event in the format of a «free microphone». Maryna Adamenko , Chief Librarian the Wise National Library of Ukraine named of the Yaroslava Mudroho the presented analytical information on librarians-deputies of local councils of all levels and the importance of their activities for the development of the humanitarian sphere of communities.
In conclusion, Oksana Bruy called on librarians to actively advocate for the interests of libraries and the preservation of the library network.
