22 вересня обласна бібліотека долучилася до святкування 81-ї річниці утворення Миколаївської області. У цей день бібліотекарі підготували для городян та гостей міста творчу бібліомайстерню з виготовлення «3D- листівки у техніці «pop-up» та бліц-вікторину «А що ти знаєш про рідний край?», де потрібно було продемонструвати свої знання з історії, культури, біографій видатних особистостей краю. Зустрічали гостей заходу у яскравих костюмах працівниці бібліотеки – учасниці арт-шоу «Бібліотечні моделі». Інтерес присутніх викликала книжкова виставка «Люблю тебе, мій краю рідний», де були представлені фотоальбоми, енциклопедичні видання, довідники з історії та культури краю, видання до ювілеїв та з історії районів Миколаївської області.
Крім того, багатьох зацікавила виставка фотографій «FotoКрай: Миколаївщина в об’єктиві», де були представлені фотографії мальовничих краєвидів та архітектурної спадщини нашої області.

Mykolaiv Regional Scientific Library joined the Celebration of the 81st Anniversary of the Mykolaiv Region
On September 22, the regional library joined the celebration of the 81st anniversary of the formation of the Mykolaiv region. On this day, librarians prepared for the townspeople, guests of the city and region a creative library workshop for the production of 3-D postcards in the technique of pop-up and a blitz-quiz «What do you know about your native land?», where you had to demonstrate your knowledge of history, culture, biographies of prominent personalities of Mykolaiv region. The guests of the event met in the bright costumes of the library worker - participants of the art show «Library Models». Interest in the audience was caused by the book exhibition «I Love You, My Country's Homeland», where photo albums, encyclopedias, reference books on history and culture of Mykolaiv region were presented, jubilee publications and the history of the districts of the Mykolaiv region.
In addition, many interested in the exhibition of photographs «FotoKray: Mykolayivshchyna in the lens», where the pictures of picturesque landscapes and architectural heritage of our region were presented.
