27 лютого відділ документів з питань культури і мистецтв відвідали студенти-першокурсники ВП «МФ КНУКіМ», які здобувають творчі професії за спеціальностями: «дизайн графіки та реклами», «дизайн зачіски та стилю», «дизайн одягу та аксесуарів».
Захід був присвячений ресурсам та можливостям сучасної бібліотеки. Музичні записи, унікальні альбоми з історії мистецтва, монографії та альбоми, присвячені творчості митців усіх часів та народів, що зберігаються у фонді відділу, є невичерпним джерелом творчих ідей, головне – вміти їх використовувати. Зустріч розпочалася з демонстрації рідкісних музичних творів – гімнів Аполлону та Афродіті, що були реставровані фахівцями на основі давньогрецької нотації.
Співробітники відділу розповіли про особливості сучасної мистецтвознавчої літератури, про використання в оформленні видань технології арт-буку, що йому притаманні висока якість ілюстрацій та образно-асоціативний засіб відображення матеріалу. Майбутнім фахівцям був представлений бібліографічний огляд нової літератури з питань історії мистецтва, дизайну інтер’єра, графічного дизайну, індустрії моди.

The Day of the Future Specialist «Information resources of the Department of Cultural and Arts Documents - a source of inspiration and new ideas in design»
On February 27, the department of documents on culture and arts visited first-year students of the separated subdivision of «Mykolaiv branch of Kyiv National University of Culture and Arts», which acquire creative professions in the fields of «graphic design and advertising», «design of hairstyle and style», «design of clothes and accessories».
The event was devoted to the resources and capabilities of the modern library. Music records, unique art history albums, monographs and albums devoted to the creativity of artists of all time and peoples stored in the department's fund are an inexhaustible source of creative ideas, the main thing is to be able to use them. The meeting began with the demonstration of rare musical compositions - the hymns of Apollo and Aphrodite, which were restored by experts on the basis of ancient Greek notation.
The department's staff spoke about the features of contemporary art literature, the use of art-beech technology in the publishing editions, the high quality of illustrations and the figuratively-associative material for displaying it. For future specialists a bibliographic review of the new literature on the history of art, interior design, graphic design, and the fashion industry were presented.
